Shikha Academy
Shikha Academy is a K–12 school in Mumbai following the Cambridge (IGCSE and A-Levels) board. The school serves exclusively children from underserved communities and provides them with an education designed to meet ambitious international standards.
Shikha Academy is also the laboratory school of Shikha Institute: a place where new approaches to curriculum, teaching, assessment and educational technology are developed and improved through sustained classroom practice.

Mission SOAR
A system transformation partnership with the Government of Nagaland.
Mission SOAR is a multi-year project initiated by the Department of Education, Government of Nagaland in collaboration with Shikha Institute, to strengthen the state’s school education system. Mission SOAR operates as a system reform programme rather than a collection of independent interventions. It works across the institutions responsible for school education, including the Directorate of School Education, SCERT, Samagra Shiksha, NBSE and district and school-level leadership.

TUMO Mumbai
Free creative technology education for Mumbai’s teenagers.
TUMO Mumbai is a partnership between the international TUMO Center for Creative Technologies and the Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation, with Shikha Academy serving as its operating and educational partner.
Launched at Shikha Academy in February 2026, it is India’s first TUMO Centre and the first in South Asia. The programme provides teenagers aged 12 to 18 with free access to high-quality learning in technology, design and creative production.
