The Shikha Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning (CIDTL) Program is a transformative 2-year program designed for educators driven by a mission to revolutionize the education system. This full-time program ensures that passionate teachers can focus entirely on their purpose: to learn with curiosity, practice high quality teaching, and improve the educational landscape for future generations.

Our program equips teachers with the essential skills needed to create dynamic and impactful learning environments. Participants will explore student-centered teaching methodologies, data visualization techniques, project-based learning, and gain a deep understanding of cutting-edge educational technologies. A key feature of the diploma is the emphasis on practical experience. Teachers will engage in continuous hands-on teaching at our progressive lab school, Shikha Academy, serving as teaching assistants throughout the program. This immersive experience allows educators to apply their learning in real-time, refining their skills and strategies, earning a stipend while pursuing the diploma.
